LBI Collective is minority woman owned by a Charles County Native. It was founded to be a hub for small businesses, social groups, creatives & unique experiences. The Space was birthed from that vision as the place for these entities to come together for networking & celebrations.

For you to make our Space yours! We pride ourselves in being an intimate venue, content studio and meeting location for conferences, workshops, religious groups and private events with a team dedicated to ensuring your experience is executed in excellence.
What's Included?
Fees indicated include your reservation for set-up, event and breakdown. A refundable security deposit is included with all reservations to cover any time overage or minor damages.
Reservation includes:
- Full private access (team members or security may enter any event)
- Kitchenette for food prepping. We do not have a kitchen and cooking is not allowed.
- A full decor inventory rental catalog.
- Access to all lounge furniture on display.
- Security or on-site attendant for all events after 8pm.
