Submit a $500 booking fee through our online calendar. This fee applies toward your refundable security deposit but is non-refundable if you cancel. 


For events more than 30 days away, final payment is due 30 days before your event. For events within 14 days, full payment is required immediately upon booking. 


We accept credit cards, Zelle, and CashApp. To avoid processing fees, use Zelle (LaTasha Briscoe 240-416-5448) or CashApp ($LBievents). Include your name and event date in the memo. 


 The $500 security deposit (initially paid as booking fee) is refundable within 7 business days after your event, provided there are no damages or time overages.

We can accommodate up to 150 guests for reception-style events while maintaining space for dancing, or seated arrangements. Up to 200 guests max.

Yes, you can bring in your own vendors. They must provide insurance information and follow venue guidelines. 


We provide a kitchenette for food warming and prep. Cooking is not permitted on-site.


All events after 8PM require an attendant or security presence. 


Your rental time includes setup and cleanup. You must complete all activities within your booked timeframe. 


Yes! We offer 20-minute site visits. Book through our online scheduler. Book at the top.


The $500 booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel. For events paid in full, no refunds are issued within 30 days of the event date. 


Yes, but they must not cause damage to the walls or fixtures. No glitter, confetti, or loose decorative elements allowed. 


If serving alcohol, you must use a licensed and insured bartender.


Basic venue support is included. Full coordination services are available through our All-Inclusive packages. 


Yes, we offer specific packages for these events, typically scheduled before 4pm.


We offer classroom space for up to 20 people, available until 2pm Friday-Sunday. Includes classroom setup and basic AV equipment.
