Event Space reservations are available starting in 2hr. increments. If you do not see a time-block or package that fits your needs, please contact us to customize. Buy-outs, Event Planning, design services, equipment rentals and staffing options are also available. Contact us prior to booking for customization.
View Photos, Checkout Add-on Items and View the Calendar. You must consider your setup and breakdown time when booking the event and content studio to ensure the time is covered on our calendar. We cannot guarantee early entry or additional hours after booking.
Reservation includes your set-up, event, clean-up time. Tables and chairs will already be set-up. You may shift what you like.
No refunds within 2 weeks of the event. Session can be rescheduled with a minimum 2-week notice.

We can accommodate 125 guests banquet style and up to 150 reception or party style.
We host private events. Absolutely no alcohol sales. There shall be no events that require ticket sales at the door.
Black or white table linens, and black or white stretch chair covers are included for all packages 8+hours. Ask about shorter events.
In addition to venue rental in Waldorf, MD, Event Planning and Design Services are available through LB Innovations serving the entire Washington, DC metro area and beyond.

Tables and chairs are provided if you need additional or upgraded items, we can provide those as well for an additional fee.
